THE KEY to total life hydration is…ready?…REAL HYDRATION. Lol, what? Allow me to explain:

There is so much struggle with staying hydrated in many areas of life (personally, relationally, financially, spiritually) because the cells (aka building blocks of our body vehicle) are not being properly hydrated in the first place.

Drinking bottled water isn’t enough. Tap water won’t cut it. Filters & reverse osmosis improve purity, but do not make water molecules small enough to pass through cell membranes for optimal cellular hydration.
